- Talent to state their latest exposure and any beauty product brand that they have done in the past 2 years.
- Production / Agency / Client can terminate confirmed talent without any cancellation fee if Talent was found out NOT declaring any competitor brand as stated, before or during shoot day. Talent to pay any production costs incurred if re-shoot is needed.
